Position Summary

The Junior Digital Coordinator supports the Marketing team in executing digital campaigns across social media, streaming platforms, websites, and emerging channels. This role is highly executional and detail-oriented, assisting with scheduling, content management, reporting, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is a digital native with a strong interest in music marketing who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across social platforms.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns by preparing assets, tracking deliverables, and updating calendars.
  • Compile analytics and performance reports for campaigns, social content, and streaming initiatives.
  • Help maintain artist websites, e-commerce platforms, and email newsletters.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and digital partners to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Monitor digital and social trends to inform campaign strategy and provide insights to the team.
  • Support Senior Director of Marketing and wider marketing team with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and trackers to ensure accurate, organized campaign records.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of internship or entry-level experience in marketing, social media, or entertainment preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, X/Twitter, Facebook) and scheduling tools.
  • Basic knowledge of streaming platforms (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, You Tube Studio).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital design tools (Canva, Photoshop a plus).
  • Passion for music and digital culture.
Preferred Qualities
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges.
  • Creative eye for digital content, even if not yet highly technical.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in music marketing
