What You’ll Own

    • Lead performance marketing strategy across a multi-client B2B portfolio, guiding the team in planning, experimentation, attribution, and optimization.
    • Own the roadmap and long‑range planning for the Paid Media department, ensuring the team is ahead of platform changes and B2B industry trends.
    • Develop frameworks for testing, measurement, insights, and quarterly planning.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Lead and develop managers, specialists, and multi‑disciplinary pods; build career paths, training, expectations, and succession plans.
    • Set and uphold standards for delivery, QA, reporting, and cross‑team collaboration.
    • Build a team culture rooted in clarity, curiosity, consistency, and accountability.
  • Client Leadership
