, a fast-growing hair-care and beauty lifestyle brand, is looking for a Roblox Developer (Experience & Virtual Commerce Creator) to lead the creation of immersive, branded experiences on Roblox. In this role, you will design, build, launch, and maintain engaging virtual worlds that showcase Kitsch’s brand voice, drive user engagement, and unlock recurring revenue opportunities through virtual and real-world commerce, while contributing to Kitsch’s broader digital community and growth strategy.

We’re helping our client find a creative and technically skilled Roblox Developer who is passionate about social gameplay, storytelling, and monetization on the Roblox platform.

• Design, build, and ship immersive Roblox experiences using Roblox Studio and Luau scripting.
• Translate creative briefs and brand concepts into compelling gameplay systems, quests, and interactive virtual environments.
• Architect social gameplay loops, progression systems, rewards, and community features that drive retention and virality.
• Implement monetization strategies including virtual items, game passes, branded cosmetics, and experience-based purchases.
• Collaborate with brand and commerce teams to explore virtual × physical product integrations and commerce opportunities.
• Maintain, optimize, and iterate on live experiences using analytics, player behavior data, and community feedback.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and growth teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, aesthetics, and successful experience launches.

• 3+ years of experience developing on Roblox, with a portfolio of published experiences.
• Proficiency in Luau scripting and Roblox Studio tools.
• Strong understanding of gameplay systems, player progression, engagement loops, and live-ops iteration.
• Ability to take concepts from idea to prototype to polished, production-ready experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Experience integrating branded items or commerce features within Roblox environments.
• Knowledge of Roblox monetization best practices, including virtual economies and Developer Exchange (Dev Ex).
• Experience using analytics tools to evaluate engagement, retention, and monetization performance.
