A major research university in California is seeking an Endpoint Support Analyst to enhance IT customer satisfaction through effective management of endpoint devices. Candidates need experience in IT or customer service, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills. This role involves provisioning and maintaining devices, supporting new technology deployments, and monitoring their performance. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
