Intaker is looking for a bold, creative Product Marketing Manager, Content to shape how legal teams discover, understand, and adopt our platform. If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution , you’ll have an immediate impact on our fast-growing SaaS company expanding across the U.S. and Canada.
You’ll own positioning, messaging, SEO, content, and go-to-market strategy —and act as the strategic connector between Product, Marketing, and Sales. This role is both high-level and hands-on: you’ll write and edit core content (website, help center, blog, email, product copy) while driving product launches, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement.
Your north star: When someone searches for legal client-engagement software—whether on Google or an AI assistant—Intaker is the obvious #1 choice.
What You’ll Do:
Go-to-Market & Product Positioning
- Own messaging and GTM strategy for new features and products
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, benefit-driven narratives
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to guide positioning
Content & Editorial Ownership
- Write/edit the website, help center, blog, press releases, and product updates
- Craft high-performing emails, nurture flows, and sales enablement assets
- Proofread and refine product copy across the app and marketing materials
SEO & AI Visibility
- Lead keyword strategy, content planning, backlink strategy, and ranking efforts
- Improve search + Gen AI visibility so Intaker ranks #1 organically
- Partner with Product on launches, messaging, and roadmap alignment
- Partner with Events on event messaging, promotions, etc.
- Support Sales and Partnerships with compelling, conversion-focused materials
Performance & Growth
- Track SEO performance, campaign results, and pipeline impact
- Iterate continually to improve adoption, engagement, and pipeline contribution
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in Product Marketing for B2B SaaS (SMB experience preferred)
- Exceptional writing/editing skills; ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and SMB sales cycles
- Solid SEO experience (keywords, content strategy, backlinks, technical basics)
- Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup; proactive, curious, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with AI tools for writing, SEO, and research
- Salary: $80K - $90K Base Salary + Sales Incentives (OTE = $100K - $110K with added incentives on purely inbound business)
