Overview
Description Position Entertainment is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Consumer Sales team based in Los Angeles. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring working from our office each week. Occasional travel and working outside standard hours may be required. You will collaborate with internal teams to help bring marketing campaigns to life and gain foundational skills in the digital advertising business.
This role is suited for someone with a passion for pop culture, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn about the digital media landscape.
- Support the Sales Team: act as the central support hub for Sales Managers and Account Executives, keeping proposals, wrap reports, and ad tags organized.
- Assist with the Post-Sale Process: help execute campaigns, manage ad trafficking, perform quality assurance in partnership with Rev Ops on custom creative, monitor pacing, and help deliver campaign reports to meet client expectations.
- Learn Digital Media: get up to speed on IGN's advertising products (display, branded content, video, social, programmatic) and help develop sales materials.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: manage the reservation system and maintain detailed records in Salesforce and other internal tools, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Assist on RFP Submissions: help respond to RFPs by pulling research, securing ad inventory, and building presentation materials.

- Highly organized and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive and collaborative with problem-solving skills; ability to write clear, concise, professional emails.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new software and proprietary systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Not Required, but Nice-to-Have:
- Passion for entertainment, gaming, and pop culture.
- Interest in pursuing a career in digital advertising/media.
- Prior experience at a media company or agency (digital media).
- Knowledge of Comscore and Photoshop is a plus.
