AI is on a mission to supercharge AI/ML research. Our product, KePilot, lets researchers skip painful setup and jump straight into experimentation — with smart configuration, computing orchestration, and real-time resources.

Our product has already gained strong early user feedback. We’re looking for our marketing leader — someone who can roll up their sleeves, own growth end-to-end, and turn a powerful product into a movement.

• Define and execute our go-to-market and growth strategy from scratch.
• Build our content & community presence across Linked In, X/Twitter, Git Hub, WeChat, and other channels relevant to researchers.
• Run hands-on experiments to drive acquisition, activation, and retention — measure, iterate, scale.
• Collaborate with product & design to ensure marketing aligns with the user journey.
• Represent Keplore
  
  AI at conferences, meetups, and in the AI/ML research community.

• Have built growth engines for developer tools, SaaS, or AI products.
• Are equally strong in strategy and execution — you can set the vision and run the campaigns yourself.
• Understand community-driven growth and can engage researchers and engineers authentically.
• Are data-driven, but can make smart moves with limited info in a fast-moving environment.
• Bonus:
  Bilingual in English and Chinese, with experience in both Western and Asian markets.

• Founding team equity — own part of the company’s success.
• Work directly with the CEO and product team to shape direction.
• Build the marketing foundation for a product with global researcher impact.
