About the Team The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via Tik Tok. The role is responsible for building the Tik Tok e-commerce partnership for the Tik Tok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe Tik Tok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
- Support the scaled growth of creator live streaming operations in the U.S. market, with GMV growth as the core objective. Drive key initiatives including expanding the creator pool, increasing creators’ live-streaming frequency and motivation, and improving live conversion performance.
- Contribute to building a comprehensive creator live enablement system, including live-streaming education and training, product matching, merchandise and assortment planning, and the design of incentive and motivation programs.
- Partner with the creator live team to execute major sales campaigns and themed live-streaming events. Lead cross-functional collaboration by working closely with Campaign, Product, Algorithm, and Platform Governance teams to integrate resources and ensure smooth execution of creator live showcases and ecosystem-wide initiatives.
- Apply a data-driven approach by breaking down and analyzing key metrics such as traffic, conversion, and GMV. Generate actionable operational insights and provide practical recommendations to support the optimization of creator operation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to transfer accumulated operational experience and strong “operations sense” to support and accelerate the growth of the U.S. creator live-streaming ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creator or content operations on content commerce or live commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into clear, actionable operational recommendations; experience in data analysis or analytics-related roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to adapt quickly to a global working environment and fast-changing business needs.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
