Job Description- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital & growth marketing strategy across owned and paid channels, including corporate websites, resource centers, landing pages, social media and integrated paid media campaigns.
- Oversee digital channel optimization and content creation to ensure a seamless user experience, strong SEO performance, lead generation, conversion rate optimization and multivariate/A/B testing.
- Define and maintain lead lifecycle stages and processes; manage campaign operations, routing rules, SLAs with Sales Operations and budget across initiatives.
- Develop integrated media strategy and planning; oversee performance activation and optimization across paid channels (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV, display, retargeting) and manage agency relationships.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline, campaign performance, ROI; implement attribution models; deliver quarterly business review insights.
- Maintain data quality standards, privacy compliance, consent frameworks, identity resolution and audience segmentation; define taxonomy for campaigns, UTMs and reporting.
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices, especially within B2B and payments landscapes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of related experience in marketing strategy and marketing with a demonstrated ability to deliver results.
- 12+ years of digital marketing leadership experience with proven results.
- Expertise in owned and paid media, marketing operations and analytics.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and team‑building skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on time and on budget.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM systems).
- MBA or other high‑achievement markers are a plus.
