A global IT managed services and digital transformation firm is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead and expand its Media & Entertainment practice across Los Angeles and Southern California. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader and trusted advisor with a deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment ecosystem, strong client relationships, and a proven record of winning and managing large IT services deals with major industry players such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros, or NBC Universal.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a player‑coach, driving revenue growth and expanding key accounts in the Media & Entertainment vertical.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client business, financial, and technology goals.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior leadership at major media clients.
- Lead complex enterprise sales pursuits, managing full‑cycle sales processes from pipeline generation to contract closure.
- Partner with internal teams across Service Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, structure multi‑service deals, and oversee account expansion across geographies and delivery models.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, steering conversations toward outcomes‑driven solutions and measurable business impact.
- Represent the company at industry events, demonstrating thought leadership and domain expertise.
- 10+ years in IT services or global technology consulting firms, with at least 5 years focused on Media & Entertainment accounts.
- Proven record of managing portfolios worth $10–15 million in annual revenue.
- Direct experience handling enterprise clients such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Sony, Warner Bros, or NBC Universal.
- Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, Cloud, AI/Automation, Salesforce, Service Now, and Digital Engineering offerings.
- Excellent strategic planning, pipeline management, and sales execution skills.
- Strong communication and executive presentation abilities, including C‑suite engagement.
- Must currently be based in Los Angeles with active client networks in the Media & Entertainment sector.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior account managers.
- Exposure to consulting‑led solution sales in a global delivery model.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in AI, Cloud Automation, and Digital Product Engineering.
