Marketing and Social Media Manager

Compensation: $80,000–$125,000 base salary + performance-based bonus

We are partnered with a world-famous comedian and entertainer on the search for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to own digital presence, audience growth, and brand expression across platforms.

This role blends strategy and execution and plays a central role in how a globally recognized brand shows up in culture.

• They are not looking for a purely tactical social media coordinator.
• They are seeking a marketer who understands storytelling, timing, and audience engagement—and can translate creative moments into sustained growth.

• Own strategy and execution across social media platforms
• Manage content calendars, posting, and performance tracking
• Partner closely with creative and business teams on launches and key moments
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across channels
• Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on results
• Stay current on platform trends and cultural shifts

• Marketing or social media professional with experience managing brand or creator platforms
• Strong understanding of digital storytelling and audience growth
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
• Able to operate onsite and collaborate closely with the team
