Job DescriptionAs an E-commerce Web Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping our eCommerce platforms accurate, engaging, and high performing while continuously improving the digital experience for our customers. This hands‑on, cross‑functional role sits at the intersection of content, UX, performance, and data. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to optimize our websites, support growth, and ensure MOTUL products are perfectly represented online.
WhatYou’ll Do Website Content & Brand Governance
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and error‑free website content (products, SKUs, specs, images, descriptions)
- Ensure all online content aligns with MOTUL brand guidelines and industry standards
- Monitor compliance with eCommerce regulations, MAP policies, and data quality across platforms
- Optimize website performance (speed, mobile responsiveness, usability)
- Improve UX and site structure to deliver a seamless, brand‑consistent experience
- Support traffic growth and online sales through SEO and SEM optimization
- Support third‑party marketplace execution and coordination
- Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, sales) to drive continuous improvement
- Leverage strong Excel skills to transform data into clear reports, visual insights, and presentations
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and eCommerce best practices
- Manage Shopify updates according to the web release calendar
- Collaborate with UX/UI, creative, customer service teams, and agencies to identify friction points and implement improvements

- Build hands‑on experience across D2C, UX, SEO/SEM, and digital performance

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in eCommerce or website management
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify, SEO/SEM tools, and Google Analytics
- Strong Excel and data analysis and visualization skills
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, and UX tools (Figma / Adobe)
- Foundational project management skills are a plus
