Job Title:
UX/UI Designer Role Overview
The UX/UI Designer will support a multi-year internal business transformation initiative, designing intuitive, modern user experiences for internal-facing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate brings strong design system experience, advanced Figma skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across applications
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
- Design intuitive user journeys and workflows for complex, internal-facing systems
- Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions
- Ensure designs align with established visual standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic
- Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to cross-functional teams
- Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices and apply them proactively
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications
- Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems
- 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, nested components, and shared libraries
- Strong experience building wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Experience working in Agile environments and fast-paced delivery teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Clean, user-centric design aesthetic with strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving and systems thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
