Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, reliable IT support across hardware and software environments.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for end users, providing in-person support as needed.
- Deploy, support, and maintain end-user and office technology, including computers, printers, mobile devices, AV systems, and related infrastructure.
- Resolve Tier 2 and escalated technical issues independently.
- Document incidents, requests, and resolutions accurately in Service Now.
- Create and maintain clear, reusable knowledge base articles.
- Support adoption and effective use of approved applications and tools.
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records in the asset management system.
- Provide after-hours or extended support when required by the business.
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all firm policies, standards, and IT procedures.
- Contribute to IT projects and ongoing initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant technical support experience.
- Experience providing IS support within a legal or professional services environment.
- Hands-on support experience across Windows 11, macOS, and iOS environments.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Office, Exchange, and SCCM.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Advanced hands-on experience supporting computer hardware, printers, mobile devices, and audio-visual technologies.
- Experience resolving high-impact or critical incidents affecting senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage effectively at all levels.
- Calm, methodical approach in high-urgency situations.
- Flexibility to support evolving business needs and schedules.
- Physically able to lift and move equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
