Why This Role

We’re at an inflection point. Our product is taking off, our customer base is scaling, and our tech needs to scale with it. This is a ground-floor leadership role where you’ll set the vision, build the entire tech organization from scratch, and own the end-to-end customer and operational tech experience—from e-commerce to back-office systems—to ensure everything works smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Lead the Team
• Hire, grow, and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA/QC.
• Create a culture of ownership, speed, and constant learning.
• Ship Great Product
• Own our tech stack and product roadmap—everything from e-commerce to logistics tools to consumer-facing features.
• Balance fast shipping with building a reliable, scalable foundation.
• Architect systems and processes that can keep up with high-growth in CPG and e-commerce.
• Implement the right mix of automation, integrations, and innovation to unlock growth.
• Collaborate Across the Business
• Partner with brand, ops, marketing, and finance to ensure tech moves the needle.
• Be the bridge between technical execution and business impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in software engineering and product, with at least 5 in leadership.
• Scaled tech teams in fast-moving CPG or e-commerce environments.
• Strong experience building and leading cross-functional groups — QA/QC, product, design, engineering.
• Hands-on technical chops—understands good code, clean design, and scalable architecture.
• A startup mindset: bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to wear many hats.
• Excellent communicator who can rally a team and influence non-technical stakeholders.

We work flexibly — but connection matters. This is a primarily remote role: mostly remote, with monthly travel to Miami for team sessions, offsites, or company meetings.

Location

We’re open to candidates across the U.S., though we have a soft spot for those in or near Miami (or who can travel here easily).

Compensation

We believe in pay transparency and fairness — your compensation should reflect your impact, experience, and growth potential.

Total compensation includes:

• Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000 (depending on experience, location, and skills)
• Performance Bonus: Based on company + individual goals

Final pay will depend on your background, expertise, and where you live.
