We’re looking for an operations‑minded technologist to own our internal systems and AI enablement. This role sits at the center of how data, tools, and workflows move across the company – with a mandate to move fast, reduce friction, and unlock leverage through automation and AI.

This is a hands‑on builder role. Success is owning and improving our ERP system (Odoo), leveling up our current Shopify infrastructure, shipping improvements weekly, and helping teams actually use AI in their day‑to‑day work.

• Own Odoo configuration and optimization post‑launch
• Improve stability, data integrity, and trust in Odoo
• Own Shopify / Shopify Plus infrastructure
• Streamline integrations across Odoo, Airtable, Shopify, and internal tools
• Be the internal decision‑maker on system design (with CEO alignment)
• Ensure seamless coordination between Pipe Drive and Asana
• Own and manage company hardware inventory, including device status and software visibility
• Establish scalable hardware upgrade and purchasing processes as the company grows

• Identify and deploy low‑code automations (Make/Zapier/Airtable/etc.)
• Design and launch GPT‑based internal workflows (ops, finance, marketing)
• Enable teams to build their own AI workflows safely and effectively
• Pilot new AI use cases quickly; scale what works

• Oversee data architecture and reporting foundations
• Improve reliability and accessibility of dashboards and internal metrics
• Ensure leadership can trust the numbers without manual reconciliation

• Manage external vendors (e.g., ERP partners, Shopify, consultants)
• Own tooling decisions
• Ensure reasonable security, permissions, documentation, and governance
• Balance speed with “good enough” controls (not bureaucracy)

• AI workflows are used weekly across teams
• Manual handoffs between systems are meaningfully reduced
• Odoo feels stable, not fragile
• Leadership has clearer, faster access to reliable data
• Teams move faster without asking for permission
• The CEO has a technical partner into clear architecture, team direction

• 8‑10+ years in systems, internal tools, ERP, or tech‑ops roles
• Shopify / Shopify Plus expert
• Deep experience with SaaS ecosystems (ERP, CRM, eComm, BI, internal tools)
• Comfortable owning ERP configuration without over‑engineering
• Strong intuition for what to build now vs later
• Fluent in AI tools and workflows, having built AI tools to improve team / product
• Vendor‑savvy and comfortable pushing back when needed
• Bias toward action; you ship, iterate, and fix forward
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERPs

• $130k–$140k base
• Potential bonus tied to systems stability / adoption milestones
