The Client Partner –
Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME / M&E) is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for owning and growing strategic enterprise accounts. The role focuses on building long-term executive relationships, driving digital transformation programs, and expanding the company’s footprint across Media, Entertainment, Broadcasting, Streaming, Advertising, and Telecom ecosystems.
This role blends strategic account leadership, revenue ownership, and consultative selling
, acting as the single point of accountability for client success.
- Own one or more strategic CME / M&E enterprise accounts with full P&L responsibility
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business/technology stakeholders
- Build multi-year account roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and industry trends
- Ensure high client satisfaction, value realization, and long-term partnerships
- Drive organic account growth through cross-sell and upsell of IT and digital services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and adjacent accounts
- Own account forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closure
- Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals
- Lead conversations around Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, OTT/Streaming platforms, Content Supply Chain, AdTech/Mar Tech, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Modernization
- Stay current on CME industry trends including streaming, audience analytics, monetization, personalization, and platform engineering
- Position the company as a thought vị leader and transformation partner in the M&E ecosystem
- Oversee delivery governance in partnership with delivery leaders
- Ensure financial discipline, margin management, and contractual compliance
- Act as an escalation point and ensure proactive risk management
- 12–18+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation
- 7+ years in a Client Partner / Account Director / Relationship Manager role
- Strong experience serving Media, Entertainment, Broadcasting, Streaming, or Telecom clients
- Proven track record of managing $20M+ annual account revenues and driving growth
- Deep understanding of IT services including Cloud, Data & AI, Digital Engineering, Platforms, and Managed Services
- Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex deal structuring
- Experience working with major studios, broadcasters, streaming platforms, ad-tech firms, or telecom operators
- Exposure to global delivery and offshore/nearshore models
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience working in NYC, NJ, or LA M&E ecosystems
- Lead strategic, high-visibility CME accounts with global impact
