As a Solution Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in shaping how prospective customers experience our platform. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to sales teams and prospects, combining discovery, storytelling, and solution design to drive measurable outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to uncover challenges, design tailored workflows, and lead demos and pilots that show the transformational power of Revenue.io. This role blends technical acumen, business empathy, and storytelling excellence — all grounded in consultative discovery and execution discipline.
What You'll Do Discovery & Technical Qualification- Lead or co‑lead discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Uncover deep technical requirements, integration points, and root causes behind challenges.
- Map customer requirements to Revenue.io capabilities with precision, avoiding generic recommendations.
- Document insights clearly in CRM and collaborate with AEs to shape strategic deal plans.
- Deliver compelling, persona‑based demos that feel tailor‑made for each audience.
- Leverage our Pain, Magic, Results (PMR) storytelling framework to connect emotionally and align with business impact.
- Anticipate and handle objections confidently, using real customer scenarios to build trust.
- Demonstrate deep platform fluency across admin, user, and analytics workflows.
- Co‑create measurable pilot success criteria with AEs and customers before kickoff.
- Manage pilots as structured projects with clear timelines, check‑ins, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Implementation, CS, Product) to ensure alignment and seamless handoffs.
- Present synthesized pilot results to customer executives, connecting proof points to business value.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine positioning and capture customer stories.
- Contribute to demo org innovation, discovery frameworks, and internal enablement content.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new Solution Consultants and AEs.
- Represent the voice of the customer in roadmap and enablement discussions.
- 3–6 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre‑Sales roles within SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and SaaS integration workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).
- Experience with discovery‑led selling and value‑based demo storytelling.
