Job Title: Legal Operations / Project Manager

Location: California – Remote

Contract: 6 Months with possible extension

Work Schedule: Part-time, ~20 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal Operations / Project Manager to support the Ads Legal team. This role will work closely with an existing Legal Operations partner to help manage increasing workflow and drive operational efficiency across legal projects related to advertising and data use.

The Ads Legal team operates across two primary areas:

This role will focus on operational execution, project coordination, and process improvement across both areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support legal operations initiatives and manage overflow work for the Ads Legal team
• Update and maintain advertiser terms, including:
• Automating notice processes
• Improving how legal terms are hosted and managed
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and tracking, including:
• Vendor details
• Data points and engagement tracking
• Maintain and manage a product placement tracker
• Support IO (Insertion Order) automation initiatives
• Help develop templates and assist with quarterly newsletters
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Sales, and Product teams

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in legal operations, business operations, or project management
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Evisort, Airtable, or similar legal/operations platforms
• Familiarity with advertising business workflows, including advertiser onboarding and documentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
