We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of complex web design and development projects. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating internal teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and experienced in managing digital projects within a fast-paced agency environment.

• Oversee multiple web design and development projects simultaneously
• Manage project timelines, scopes, and internal workflows
• Coordinate designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Lead client communication including status updates, meetings, and feedback
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues early and address them proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within a digital agency or similar environment
• Strong understanding of web design and development processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using project management tools such as Notion, Click Up, Jira, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with consistency
• Comfort working with distributed, remote teams

• Salary range $90,000 to $115,000 USD depending on experience
• Full-time role
• Remote position with US-based working hours preferred
