- Proactive, customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Collaboration experience with cross‑functional teams to achieve mutual goals
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI‑driven platforms and a willingness to stay updated on advancements
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to customers
