Job Details:
We are seeking a Head of Engineering to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our engineering team and contribute to the development and execution of our strategic technology plan. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the fintech industry, application development, and legal tech. They will be responsible for ensuring our technology systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals.

• Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering an innovative and inclusive team environment that supports continuous learning and growth.
• Develop and implement a strategic technological vision and plan that aligns with the company's business goals.
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture while keeping abreast of current and emerging technologies and trends in the tech services industry.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, medical and regulatory requirements in our industry.
• Collaborate with the management team to understand their needs and devise ways to meet those needs through the use of technology.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective technology operations.
• Oversee the development and use of our fintech and legal tech applications.
• Manage technology budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Promote the company's mission and core values within the engineering department.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role in the tech services industry.
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, and products.
• Expert knowledge of fintech and legal tech applications.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to the tech services industry.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional project management and organization skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse team and promote a positive work environment.
