Director of Information Technology

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Technology Services to lead enterprise IT strategy, operations, and digital transformation for a complex, mission-driven organization. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
, this role oversees technology governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, vendor partnerships, and a high-performing IT team, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services that deliver measurable business value.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive IT executive who balances strategy, execution, and operational excellence

• Define and execute enterprise technology strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and end-user services with strong uptime, security, and performance
• Build, mentor, and manage a customer-focused technical team
• Own cybersecurity governance, compliance (including PCI DSS), risk management, and incident response
• Oversee IT budgets, capital planning, procurement, and vendor/MSP relationships
• Lead major initiatives including cloud migrations, system integrations, and digital transformation programs
• Partner with executive leadership to translate business needs into effective technology solutions

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership roles
• Proven success leading IT strategy, operations, and high-performing teams
• Broad expertise across infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, ITSM, and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, ticketing, fundraising, security systems)
• Strong experience managing budgets, vendors, and large-scale IT initiatives
• Excellent communicator with the ability to align technology with business priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Professional certifications (PMP, ITSM, Security, Networking) preferred
