This is a true co-founder position. It is not a job, not a contract, and not part-time. I am building multiple companies under a venture studio model, starting with one and expanding into additional ventures over time. Every idea is original, problem-driven, and based on real challenges I have faced as a founder. This is not about chasing trends or building copycat products.

The mission is to build meaningful companies, scale them intelligently, raise capital when it accelerates growth, and exit at the right time. Then repeat this process together across multiple successful ventures.

I am looking for a highly technical, entrepreneurial co-founder. Someone who wants real ownership, full responsibility, and meaningful upside. You think like a builder and act like an owner. You care about shaping the company, not just writing code. You are all-in on building from zero with another founder who moves fast and expects the same.

Initial ventures are in AI, software, Prop Tech, and EdTech, with more to follow. Some products are technically simple, others more complex. The real challenge is execution, timing, and scale. Foundations are already in motion. The focus now is on execution, not endless experimentation.

This is an equity-based role at the early stage. Like any startup, the beginning is all commitment and execution. Once initial capital is raised, modest salaries can be introduced to allow full focus on company building. Equity allocation will be performance and commitment-based, structured properly with legal support.

The goal is to build real products that solve real problems. Scale them responsibly, and when the time is right, exit with intention. Each success creates the foundation for the next venture, compounding experience, resources, and outcomes over time.

• You have founded or co-founded companies before, or built and scaled meaningful products
• You are deeply technical and comfortable owning systems end to end
• You understand startups, capital, and business strategy
• You are mission-driven, practical, and execution-focused
• You are based in Southern California and open to travel or relocation
