• The core AI-assisted onboarding system (intent, values, timelines)
• A matching and recommendation engine that goes beyond swipes
• AI tools that support:
• vetting and screening
• conversation framing
• compatibility explanations
• Human-in-the-loop workflows that blend concierge insight with AI
• Guardrails for bias, safety, and explainability in high-trust decisions
• A platform architecture that can evolve as models improve

• Define the AI product roadmap and platform architecture
• Decide where AI adds value — and where it should not be used
• Translate qualitative human signals into structured data inputs
• Partner with engineering on model selection, tooling, and deployment
• Ensure AI outputs are interpretable, calm, and ethically grounded
• Test, iterate, and ship with real users — not demos
• Reduce founder dependency by codifying judgment into systems

• 8–15+ years in product, platform, or applied AI roles
• Experience shipping AI-powered consumer or trust-based products
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high-consequence decisions
• Strong intuition for UX language, framing, and human psychology
• Able to bridge product, engineering, and real-world constraints
• Not chasing hype — focused on usefulness, safety, and outcomes

Backgrounds in marketplaces, matchmaking, fintech, healthcare, or regulated platforms are a plus.
