Overview
What You Will Do. You will be responsible for ensuring our partners have a smooth experience while implementing our products and solutions, guaranteeing high-quality integrations. Working closely with our partners and Klarna’s product and engineering teams, you will deepen your knowledge of the e-commerce and payments industry, as well as the underlying system and vendor landscape. Your insights will be invaluable in providing feedback on Klarna’s products.
As part of the Delivery/Implementation team, you will:
- Support the management of multiple partners and concurrent projects.
- Maintain integrations and troubleshoot issues, providing operational support as needed.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to define the overall solution and scope of partner integrations.
- Drive priorities for the development team aligned with solution design and scope.
- Understand Klarna products’ architecture and design to support successful integrations.
- Ensure Klarna quality standards are exceeded for partner integrations.
- Manage reported issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Set standards and processes for best practices in partner integrations.
- Provide internal training, documentation, and knowledge sharing on partner systems and integrations.
- Communicate with our distribution partners via messaging, phone, video call, email, and on-site during workshops and demos.
- Use Klarna tools to communicate and coordinate across various teams.
- 3+ years of software solutioning or system integration experience.
- Proven track record of building solutions and achieving goals with a structured and analytical approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce shop systems or payment systems, specifically platforms and plugins.
- Self-motivated individual who takes ownership and drives solutions.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills for different audiences.
- Ability to handle client situations confidently and humbly based on facts.
- Genuine curiosity and strong technical understanding.
- Passion for solving problems.
