Job SummaryAaratech Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Analyst – Retail / E-Commerce to support digital commerce and retail initiatives. This role focuses on understanding business needs, optimizing processes, and improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Analyze retail and e-commerce workflows to improve efficiency.
- Support enhancements to sales, marketing, and customer platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and IT teams.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Support UAT and solution validation.
- Use Agile frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- ✅ Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- ✅ Experience in retail or e-commerce preferred
- ✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
