Daily Responsibilities
- 60% Hands-On Engineering and Model Deployment
- 20% Technical Ownership & Architectural Planning
- 20% Team Collaboration & Culture Building
- 2+ years of professional software design experience
- Programming expertise in Rust, Go, C++, or Python
- Background with AI/ML model training, deployment, and RAG-based systems
- Hands-on work across APIs, infrastructure, and real-time systems
- Strong Git Hub/open-source code portfolio with recent activity
- Startup mentality and adaptability to varied tasks
- Ability to work full-time, in-person in Santa Monica, CA
- Experience in AI legal tech, NLP, or similar industries
- Prior startup/hands-on engineering background
- Excellent communication and technical judgment
