The Director of IT is responsible for leading technology strategy, systems, reporting, and day-to-day IT operations. This role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic oversight
, supporting analytics, business systems, product development, security, and end-user support across a multi-state organization.
The position also requires hands-on involvement in implementing and integrating financial management systems. This includes automating processing and providing efficient and actionable reports and analyses.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, technically strong, and comfortable building solutions while also managing infrastructure, security and support.
This is a full-time hybrid position requiring in-office presence in West Los Angeles required at least three days per week. To make this a great fit, the desire and ability to work closely with colleagues in a small, fast-paced, mission-driven environment is essential.
Business Intelligence & Reporting:- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
to support executive, operational, and financial decision-making. - Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
, ensuring data accuracy and usability. - Partner with leadership and business teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics.
- Manage and optimize Sage Intacct
, including reporting and integrations; support API-based integrations where applicable. - Oversee Azure database environments
, including performance, security, and data integrity. - Maintain and improve internal systems to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product development initiatives
, including system enhancements, integrations, and technology roadmaps. - Act as a technical partner to guide product requirements, architecture decisions, and implementation.
- Establish, implement, and maintain IT security protocols
, policies, and best practices. - Provide ongoing security monitoring, risk mitigation, and incident response support.
- Ensure compliance with Vision To Learn standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead desktop and end-user support
, including onboarding/offboarding, hardware, software, and access management. - Support a multi-state workforce
, coordinate logistics, and consistent IT service delivery. - Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, licensing, and security.
- Maintain and optimize the SharePoint file structure
, ensuring data organization, accessibility, and governance. - Support collaborative tools and workflows to enhance cross-functional productivity.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Development teams.
- Provide guidance, documentation, and training to users as needed.
