Overview
Job Title: Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst)
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90071 Duration: 05 Months + Extensions
The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for providing comprehensive operational and technical support within the Cash Management Department. This role ensures the effective delivery, functionality, and ongoing support of cash management products and online banking services for both customers and internal bank personnel.
The specialist plays a key role in customer enablement, system maintenance, and process compliance while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Web Ex-based training sessions to customers and bank staff on cash management products, online banking platforms, and related services, highlighting features, functionality, and benefits.
- Provide professional, technical, and operational support for Cash Management Online Banking services, including troubleshooting access issues, system errors, and product-related inquiries.
- Perform customer onboarding and setup activities, including user entitlements, account configurations, and product activation in accordance with bank policies and security standards.
- Monitor product usage, system performance, and daily operational reports to identify issues, trends, or opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, enhancements, and new product implementations, documenting results and reporting issues as needed.
- Resolve customer and internal service issues within assigned authority, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations by gathering documentation, validating processes, and ensuring adherence to established controls and procedures.
- Perform routine daily operational tasks, including report reviews, data validation, correspondence preparation, and maintenance of customer and system records.
- Participate in special projects and departmental initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Strong understanding of cash management products and online banking systems
- Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze operational data and system reports
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with virtual training tools (e.g., Web Ex) and Microsoft Office applications
