Full Stack Product Engineer

Compensation: $175,000–$250,000 + equity

My client is a stealth-mode startup revolutionizing social advertising by merging distribution and creative execution into an AI-powered network. Backed by top investors, they're building tools to make digital influence programmable and tradeable.

As a founding engineer, you'll architect and launch my client's programmatic ad trade desk—a platform for automated media buying, creative optimization, and performance across social channels. Leverage LLMs and reinforcement learning for targeting, predictions, and scaling. Own major tech stack pieces in a fast-paced environment.

• Build the trade desk from backend infra to user interfaces.
• Integrate AI for targeting, testing, and spend optimization.
• Develop APIs for social integrations, scheduling, and analytics.
• Experiment with LLMs and RL agents for ad performance and predictions.
• Collaborate with founders on rapid, scalable development.

• Full-stack skills (Python, Type Script, React, Node, Go, etc.) with production deployment experience.
• AI/ML expertise, especially generative models or prediction algorithms.
• Thrives in startups; strong in system design and iteration.
• LA-based; 5+ years experience (less if exceptional in engineering).
