We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale, highly complex IT initiatives involving SaaS and open-platform technologies
. This role will own end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
. The ideal candidate is both a strong delivery leader and a business-oriented partner capable of guiding enterprise projects to successful completion.
- Assemble detailed project plans, define teamwork assignments, and direct daily work efforts.
- Track key milestones and adjust project scope, schedules, and resource plans as needed.
- Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to large size and moderate to high complexity.
- Conduct plan vs. actual cost tracking, issue resolution, schedule management, and executive status reporting.
- Coordinate communication across enterprise stakeholders impacting scope, budget, risk, and resources.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary Sr. Project Manager while also learning the business domain to support solution delivery.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and escalate risks, timeline, and functional issues appropriately.
- Enterprise projects involving SaaS platforms and open systems
- Initiatives delivered using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10–12 years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience
- Advanced ability to implement and manage complex project plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Strong expertise in resource management, quality control, and schedule management
- Advanced experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Proven ability to manage moderate to highly complex, multi-workstream IT projects
- Strong financial management experience including budget tracking and forecast control
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architecture and technical engineering teams
- Strong decision-analysis skills with the ability to recommend optimal tools, methods, and approaches
- Experience managing projects with multiple sub-projects reporting into a common program structure
- 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
- Stable work history with large enterprise organizations
