• Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document business requirements during client meetings
• Assist in gap analyses between business needs and proposed solutions
• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and relevant third-party products
• Contribute to project deliverables including Functional Requirements Documents, Customization Specifications, and User Training Materials
• Aid in data conversion and integration tasks, including building and supporting integrations as needed
• Participate in feature testing, solution validation, and user acceptance testing
• Help deliver end‑user training across various formats (one‑on‑one, webinars, classroom‑style sessions)
• Provide front‑line application support and assist with help desk escalations
• Assist in creating financial statements and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools
• Support Senior Consultants and team leads on Business Central implementation projects
• Work toward obtaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications relevant to the role
• Demonstrate professional, clear, and timely communication in all client and team interactions
• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance, support, and knowledge‑sharing to help develop their skills and confidence

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or other related field of study or 6 years of experience performing duties similar to what is listed in this job posting
• 2+ years of experience in software consulting, implementation, or support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations within Dynamics 365
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Power BI and other reporting tools related to Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Certified in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Familiar with Insight Works (IW) Product Configurator

Pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range displayed is for the Colorado market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit‑sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.

Minimum: $86,300
Maximum: $158,100

Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit‑sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.

Minimum: $103,500
Maximum: $172,500
