• Handle projects within budget, scope, time and quality constraints.
• Provide client and internal reporting for main project KPIs.
• Ensure estimates include risks and appropriate contingency.
• Assist in resourcing decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of project management best practices.
• Efficiently manage workload.
• Support critical issues that require experience.
• Share knowledge, insights, best practices and ideas.
• Contribute to discussions on internal process and system improvements.

• At least 1 year of commercial experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing/out staffing environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
• Understanding of web‑development best practices, QA processes and bug‑fixing methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to say "No" to clients when necessary.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in crisis management, salvage or turnaround situations.
