About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, data-driven, and culturally-fluent Social Media Growth & Creator Partnerships Lead to spearhead Wow Now’s organic and viral growth in the U.S. market.
You will be the bridge between our China-based R&D/Product teams and the U.S. consumer market. Your mission is to build a viral content engine, manage a high-impact creator network, and turn "Wow Now" into a household name through internet-native storytelling and cultural "moments."
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy across all social media channels. Build repeatable viral frameworks, including hooks, series formats, and creative templates, while maintaining a high-frequency publishing schedule and rapid iteration loops.

Oversee the full production lifecycle by writing scripts, developing shot lists, and creating content briefs. Direct creators and production teams to build a robust content pipeline featuring product demonstrations, organic reactions, and high-impact visual storytelling.

Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with digital creators, public figures, and talent agencies. Design culture-first collaboration concepts that integrate the brand into trending narratives rather than relying on traditional advertising.

Monitor global cultural trends in real-time to execute viral moments and social stunts. Coordinate PR narratives driven by community engagement and creator-led activations to generate organic buzz and earned media coverage.

Own the distribution strategy, including repost networks, collaboration posts, and whitelisting initiatives. Analyze performance metrics such as retention, watch time, and acquisition signals to scale winning creatives through both organic and paid amplification.

Manage core website content and landing page narratives. Translate and reframe HQ-originated product materials into U.S.
-native messaging, acting as the primary cultural bridge between the global R&D team and the local market.

Native or professional-grade fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for seamless cross-border coordination.
: 3–5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, social media strategy, or influencer partnerships, with a track record of scaling accounts or leading high-impact viral campaigns.

Deep understanding of short-form video algorithms and internet culture. Must possess strong creative taste and the ability to identify emerging trends before they peak.
: A "hands-on" professional capable of planning, directing, and overseeing production in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment. Experience working directly with talent agencies or creator networks is highly preferred.

Ability to interpret engagement data and creative insights to inform content iteration and optimize marketing spend.

Ideally based in Los Angeles to leverage the local creator and entertainment ecosystem.

- Creator or collaboration case studies (outlining the concept, execution, and measurable results).
- Relevant growth metrics (e.g., views, watch time, follower growth, or conversion data).
