About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the EdTech and B2B2C industry, is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join their team for a long-term engagement. This project involves supporting product, marketing, and customer success analytics initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running, independently run SQL queries, create dashboards, and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver actionable insights quickly.
Responsibilities- Partnering with cross-functional teams on marketing attribution and influence analysis.
- Leading product analytics and customer success initiatives to drive impact.
- Developing and validating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and key metrics.
- Designing, building, and maintaining self-service dashboards in Tableau for stakeholders.
- Monitoring and improving data quality to ensure high integrity for all reporting.
Required
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role.
- Deep expertise in SQL and Tableau, with basic to intermediate proficiency in Python. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience with experimental design for A/B testing and defining key metrics.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear, structured, and concise status updates and translate data insights into business decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
