About This Role- Front‑row seat to building a category‑defining EdTech company in the U.S.
- Launching, fixing, iterating, and scaling — all hands on deck.
- Working close to leadership and real decisions, not buried in a function.
- Turning strategy into momentum across Growth, GTM, and Operations.
- Helping shape how hundreds of thousands of students experience math.
- Learning in 2–3 years what normally takes 10.
Innovamat is redefining how math is taught and learned — and we’re just getting started. We’re a leading global EdTech startup with 300+ teammates across 10 countries, scaling fast and building from the ground up in the U.S. Our research‑backed curriculum, intervention programs, and adaptive technology are trusted by 27,000+ teachers in 2,600+ schools worldwide, and our momentum is accelerating. Backed by world‑class thinkers like Peter Liljedahl (Building Thinking Classrooms), Innovamat sits at the intersection of learning science, product, and execution.
We move quickly, test boldly, and care deeply about impact. If you like environments where ideas turn into action — and action turns into results — you’ll feel at home here. We believe math should be joyful, meaningful, and transformational — not rote memorization or worksheets. We partner closely with districts and teachers to reimagine what math classrooms can be.
the Role
This is a founding‑team, high‑impact GTM role. You’ll be the U.S. counterpart to our Global Head of Growth Marketing, working side by side with the U.S. Growth team to design and execute how Innovamat wins new districts, scales pilots, and turns traction into repeatable growth. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Go‑To‑Market, and Operations — you’ll build the growth engine behind them: the playbooks, launches, funnels, and GTM motions that power our expansion across the U.S. Your mission: turn strategy into momentum and momentum into scale.
You’ll tackle the highest‑impact growth problems — from fixing funnel bottlenecks to launching new states — and make sure Innovamat’s U.S. growth machine runs faster, smarter, and more predictably.
- Turn leadership priorities into real‑world execution.
- Own initiatives end‑to‑end: plan → launch → measure → iterate → scale.
- Support district growth, pilots, and state expansions.
- Work closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Ops to improve funnel performance.
- Be close to the field: see what actually converts and why.
- Turn wins into repeatable GTM playbooks.
- Help move Innovamat from founder‑led hustle to scalable machine.
- Identify and fix bottlenecks (top‑of‑funnel, pilot conversion, handoffs).
- Build dashboards, reporting, and operating rhythms that drive better decisions.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives that matter but don’t have a clear owner.
- Support new market and state launches.
- Bring clarity and momentum to messy, high‑impact problems.
- Support GTM experimentation (messaging, channels, motions).
- Work daily with the U.S. Leadership Team.
- Surface insights from the field.
- Make sure the most important work actually gets done.
- 2–5 years in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment (e.g., investment banking, consulting, private equity, engineering, operations, or high‑growth startups).
- A strong individual contributor who loves being hands‑on.
- Fast execution with ownership.
- Analytical, structured, and a great problem‑solver.
- Clear, confident communicator.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed.
- Passionate about education and real‑world impact.
- Exposure to GTM, growth marketing, or Rev Ops.
- Experience working with senior leadership.
- Public sector, districts, or complex sales cycles.
- EdTech or mission‑driven background.
- A rare chance to help scale one of the most exciting EdTech companies in the U.S.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership.
- Ownership of work that truly moves the business.
- Fast‑tracked career growth into leadership, strategy, or growth.
- $90K – $110K, plus upside as your scope grows.
- 5% 401(k) match.
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 22 days PTO + Christmas shutdown week.
- Laptop and phone.
- Travel, team events, and real connection.
If you’re excited to build something big, learn fast, and make a real impact on education — we’d love to meet you.
