Overview
Gratwick is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of an entertainment startup at the intersection of AI and content creation.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the company's technology vision and strategy
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
- Architect scalable, secure systems for content creation and distribution
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML
- Manage technical partnerships and vendor relationships
- Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy compliance
- Optimize development processes and engineering culture
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record building and scaling technology teams
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and implementations
- Background in media, entertainment, or content platforms preferred
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
This is an equity-based position with significant ownership stake. Cash compensation will be implemented as the company scales. Ideal for entrepreneurial technology leaders excited about building something from the ground up.
