Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager to join our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practice. This role will work closely with the Sr. Director of Data and Analytics to deliver insights to major TMT clients, translating complex data into strategic narratives. You take on ownership of several day-to-day responsibilities including research execution, reporting, and client communications while collaborating on initiatives such as new product development (e.g., AI-enabled tools), and executive deliverables.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end research programs from questionnaire writing and fielding oversight to data validation and reporting.
- Monitor recurring industry trackers, ensuring trend continuity and comparability across reporting cycles.
- Identify trends and insights from large datasets, synthesize findings into clear, actionable narratives and POVs.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations highlighting performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Stay informed of industry developments to strengthen client recommendations and contextualize findings.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Support and occasionally lead client readouts and discussions with a consultative, insight-driven approach.
- Manage deliverable timelines and expectations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact in every output.
- Contribute to development of AI-enabled analytics products and tools.
- Partner with the Sr. Director to support business development efforts, including proposal writing and RFP responses.
- Mentor analysts in data validation, analysis, and storytelling best practices.
- You love data and telling a story with data.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with data analysis, market research, and project management. Direct client experience preferred.
- You have strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS (XML, R, Python, or other statistical software packages a plus).
- While you know the big picture, you have high attention to detail.
- You have the ability to work independently and take ownership of obligations.
- You are able to perform in a team, use judgment, and operate under ambiguity.
- You have previous top-tier consulting experience in companies including but not limited to Ipsos/Kantar/GfK/Neilsen/or Equivalent or McKinsey/BCG/Bain/Deloitte/or Equivalent
