What You'll Do

• Lead the charge: Drive the full lifecycle of PMIS implementation, planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and beyond.
• Keep projects on track: Build and maintain schedules, deliverables, and budgets that ensure successful rollouts every time.
• Be the bridge: Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to make sure the system works for everyone, not just the tech team.
• Run the room: Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements and map out workflows.
• Make it seamless: Oversee data migration, system integrations, and interfaces to keep information flowing smoothly.
• Teach and empower: Develop training programs and resources so end-users feel confident using the system from day one.
• Solve challenges fast: Monitor risks, issues, and changes, and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.
• Set the standard: Ensure every step follows best practices, compliance needs, and organizational guidelines.
• Support for the long haul: Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, optimizations, and adoption strategies.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in project management or software implementation, with 3+ years specifically on PMIS rollouts.
• Proven experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on success with integrations, data migration, and change management.
• Knowledge of PMIS platforms (Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, you know how to guide clients and stakeholders throughout the journey.
• Analytical problem-solving with a results-first mindset.
• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and testing best practices.
• Awareness of compliance and data security standards.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with public sector or large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification preferred;
  Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with government contracts or public sector project requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level reporting tools and dashboard customization.
• A knack for thriving in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and challenges come fast.
