Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst – responsible for vetting Relativity work spaces and file‑share folders, archiving or purging them, moving file shares to archive locations, and using Relativity ARM as well as a flat format to fully restore work spaces in Relativity or another system.

• Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on the disposition of data/files
• Archive older file shares and full Relativity work spaces using ARM
• Archive images, native files, and text
• Archive flat-format metadata, coding fields, and choices/tags
• Document user interface and the archiving process for approval by the Senior IT Manager
• Evaluate and resolve any archiving issues

• Experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior versions
• Experience with archiving and restoring Relativity work spaces
• Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working in a collaborative environment

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with archiving Relativity work spaces
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with restoring Relativity archives
• Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working in a collaborative environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or management information/technology disciplines
• Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning, and modeling
