Global Law Firm | Largely Remote (1 day per weekin Office – LA, CA)

Join a powerhouse global law firm known for its innovation, excellence, and collaborative culture. We’re looking for a Financial Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise financial software systems as part of a dynamic, high-performing team.

This role offers significant remote flexibility—you’ll only need to be in the office one day per week, with the rest of your time spent working remotely.

About the Role:

As a key member of the Financial Systems team, you’ll provide firmwide financial technology support for attorneys and staff across international offices. You’ll be the go-to expert on Elite 3E financial and billing systems, while also supporting integrated tools. In addition to day-to-day support and troubleshooting, you’ll lead and contribute to project-based work, including new software implementations, upgrades, and long-term system enhancements.

• Provide high-level, firmwide support for the Elite 3E financial/billing system
• Support additional financial systems, including Aderant Bill Blast, Intapp, Business Objects, and 3E-related tools (e.g., IDE, Workspace, Xcelerate)
• Own mid- to long-term projects related to financial system implementation, integration, and optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and user inquiries
• Collaborate across departments to deliver efficient financial tech solutions

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of direct experience with Elite 3E Core Financial/Billing systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tickets, and deadlines successfully
• 10+ years in the legal industry, preferably in a systems support or consulting capacity
• BA/BS in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated track record of successful financial systems projects
