Two years ago, Celonis extended its lead in process mining by being the first company to bring Object-Centric Process Mining to market with the Process Intelligence Graph. This crucial innovation enables enterprises to analyze multiple, intersecting processes in their organization and find ways to continue growing revenue and optimizing their costs. And it was further recognized by all 3 enterprise advisory firms (Gartner, Forester, Everest) and all major process mining vendors planning to launch competitors.

This technology provides a critical foundation for companies looking to build AI agents in enterprises. It provides analysis for how the company processes work to train your agent and tracks how agents before so you can continue training them.

We are looking for a product manager who can expand the Process Intelligence Graph to new use cases and industries by building the core data foundation for analysis. We have reached the first phase of market penetration for this technology, but to make it an integral part of our customer’s data and AI foundation we need to add additional information beyond classic process mining.

• Learn from customers, partners and application developers on key use cases which we should extend the Process Intelligence Graph to support
• Develop new features, data models and APIs to support these new use cases
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in engineering and go to market to build and sell your new functionality
• Use state-of-the-art vibe coding and AI tools to rapidly prototype new features
• Drive long term strategy for new applications for the Process Intelligence Graph

• 5-10 years of prior product management experience working on enterprise software products
• Background with common data models, APIs, or data pipelines
• Collaborating with a local engineering team in Los Angeles and a global product and engineering organization in Europe and the United States

Base salary range: $203,000 — $275,000 USD. Total compensation will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, paid time off). The base salary range is a guideline and the actual total compensation offer will be based on various factors including applicant qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
