We’re looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our Program Strategy Division. Our strategy team collaborates with industry leaders to build and manage developer and creator programs designed to educate and inspire the next generation of world builders and game developers.
Role OverviewThe Strategy Analyst will support the Strategy team in delivering actionable insights and performance reporting for our developer and creator programs. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to drive program success, optimize client outcomes, and inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-savvy professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for immersive tech.
Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Management- Pull performance data from client programs using internal tools, Discord analytics, event platforms, and client-provided metrics.
- Collect, clean, and integrate raw data for use in client reports and dashboards
- Utilize third-party, internal, and client-owned research tools to aggregate and analyze data
- Track and evaluate social media post metrics
- Set up and maintain data pipelines for consistent reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all metrics.
- Produce bi-monthly and monthly insights reports, detailing engagement, participation, and support needs tailored to each program’s goals
- Identify and analyze trends and audience behaviors to inform strategic decisions
- Use data visualization skills and tools to analyze, package, and communicate reports to key stakeholders, both internally and to external clients
- Establish processes and best practices for the reporting function
- Collaborate with Strategy leads to define KPIs for each program.
- Identify trends and actionable insights to improve program performance and client satisfaction.
- Recommend adjustments to programs based on data-driven insights.
- Serve as a contact for clients regarding program performance, presenting findings and recommendations
- Assist in developing and innovating analytical tools, vendors, and products for our clients
- Work with the Strategy leads to align reporting with business development pitches and project strategies.
- Support the Strategy team in ad-hoc data requests for client meetings or internal planning.
- Coordinate with Project Management to ensure data aligns with project timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with the paid media, social media, and website analytics stakeholders to integrate insights and optimize strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role, preferably in tech, gaming, or media.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Discord analytics). This person will help us better utilize (and define) our toolsets based on the needs.
- Experience presenting data visually, producing charts, and the ability to communicate clearly in different formats.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing complex datasets.
- Passion for immersive technologies (VR, AR, AI, metaverse) is a plus.
