Job detailsJob Title: Manager, Global Digital Accounts
Reports To: Vice President, Global Digital Accounts

Location: New York, LA, Remote
Your roleAs a key member of the WMG You Tube team, you will drive success by turning data into clear business strategies and creative solutions. You will serve as the team’s go-to resource for organizing information and uncovering insights, working closely with various departments and labels to strengthen our global You Tube presence. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who is just as comfortable finding trends in the numbers as they are sharing guidelines.
This role offers a 360-degree view of the You Tube ecosystem, providing a unique opportunity to see how a major record company collaborates with partners to elevate our artists and grow our business.
- Serve as the WMG You Tube team’s lead data resource, applying You Tube Analytics, monthly reporting, and the You Tube API to pull, prioritize, and coordinate key data and metrics.
- Analyze account performance, campaign data, and platform trends to provide strategic insights and guidelines to global teams and senior leadership.
- Manage commercial programs for assigned accounts, overseeing artist campaigns and partner relationships to drive revenue and market share.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects dedicated to identifying and completing revenue-generating opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on account platforms and features, educating internal teams, labels, and affiliates on guidelines, optimization, and new opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for blocking issues and coordinate with internal departments and You Tube to resolve issues and inconsistencies within our You Tube network.
- Strong understanding of You Tube.
- 3–5 years experience in data analytics, preferably in music, entertainment, or digital media.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously.
- Proven success in turning data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with Python and/or SQL.
- Communication and storytelling skills—able to bridge the gap between data and creative teams.
- Diligent, with a strong sense of curiosity and problem-solving instincts.
- Proficiency in Google productivity tools (e.g. Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Knowledge of the You Tube CMS.
- Understanding of online video trends and practices.

SalarySalary Range: $60,000 to $67,000 Annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon factors such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change.
