Team extension.

Remote, part‑time up to 20 hours per week.

• Participate in the pre‑sales phase to demonstrate company expertise, provide technical design and estimations.
• Collaborate with the data science, backend engineering, and Dev Ops teams to understand business challenges and propose tech‑based solutions.
• Coach and lead ML Engineers.
• Develop and evaluate data‑driven models focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI.
• Apply advanced techniques such as Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), and semantic vectors to improve model performance.
• Ensure alignment with project goals and user needs.
• Monitor and analyze performance to identify improvement areas.
• Optimize AI prompt generation for overall system performance.
• Stay current with AI, NLP, and machine learning advancements.
• Support teams on prompt engineering best practices.
• Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress.

Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma.

• At least 5 years of data science/ML experience.
• Experience with NLP, LLM, generative AI (GANs, VAEs).
• Proficiency in data vectorization.
• Knowledge of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) and semantic vectors.
• Familiarity with agent development frameworks.
• Understanding of MLOps practices.
• Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Proficient in Python, Num Py, pandas, Tensor Flow, PyTorch.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Hadoop, Spark.
• Hands‑on with current LLM models and AI tools/APIs such as OpenAI, DeepL.
• Experience with Lang Chain and Lang Smith.
• Experience with Docker and cloud API deployments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to dive deep into business aspects of projects.
• Clear documentation of processes and recommendations.
• Direct and independent communication with stakeholders.
• Presentation skills during the pre‑sales phase.
