This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Help Desk Associate located in Van Nuys, CA. The IT Help Desk Associate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Qualifications- Experience in Information Technology and troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and software applications
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing technologies
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus
