US Tech - Senior Technologist; Flex - travel

This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Demonstrating advanced technical troubleshooting skills.
• Performing printer toner changes.
• Teaching end users of all skill levels technology and sharing tech hacks.
• Enabling end users to have successful meetings by testing technology in advance and assisting when issues arise.
• Analyzing data to detect patterns in tech support issues.
• Imaging and deploying PCs and technology peripherals to end users in the office and remotely.
• Identifying and delivering continuous process improvements for positive end user experience through process simplification, automation and issue elimination.
• Maintaining technical documentation with accuracy.
• Displaying interest in innovation and continuous learning.
• Grasping new technologies and sharing knowledge.
• Performing research on customer support technology and standard practices using available tools and methodologies.

This is an in-person role which will require up to 50% travel nationwide and punctual attendance is required.

Depending on your assigned PwC Office, expected working hours would be 8:00am-5:00pm, 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (New York City). The individual in this role is expected to wear a PwC branded shirt.

The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
