We're seeking a full-time Senior Marketplace Integration Specialist (official title: Senior Marketplace Integration Specialist I) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.

• Oversee and manage technical integrations between SHEIN Marketplace and third-party partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and operational success.
• Coordinate and lead technical calls with SHEIN's external partners to ensure alignment, address integration challenges, and drive progress.
• Act as the key liaison between SHEIN’s China-based product and development teams and U.S.
  
  -based stakeholders to communicate feedback and advocate for product improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Partnerships, Product, and Onboarding to ensure integration projects align with overall business objectives.
• Improve and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and scalability for partners and internal teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance integration processes and workflows, driving efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with partners and internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Partner with the Strategic Partnerships & Marketing team to optimize the SHEIN Marketplace ecosystem for growth and scalability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions and integration strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical integrations, marketplace operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience working with product and developer teams, ideally across global time zones.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to troubleshoot integration challenges effectively.
• Experience improving technical documentation to drive scalability and user adoption.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work with overseas teams in China, accommodating time zone differences as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Pay Range: $92,400 - $150,000 USD
