IT Support Engineer

You will be the primary point of contact for all IT user‑level support. Respond to user needs in a timely manner, set up systems, perform upgrades and fixes, and coordinate with the rest of the IT team. You will have well‑rounded knowledge of computer hardware, software, network maintenance, and diagnostics and will interact across departments to provide excellent user experience.

• Provide advanced technical support to employees by resolving complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and manage local IT infrastructure:
  Wi‑Fi, printers, AV equipment, and access control.
• Act as a technical solution architect for regional IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, collaboration tools, and endpoint strategies.
• Support employees on software and hardware, coordinate with the IT team, and document all cases clearly.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end‑user devices.
• Work closely with HR, IT Security, and other teams to streamline IT processes and improve user experience.

• 3+ years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance, preferably in a startup or fast‑paced technology environment.
• Knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, networking, security best practices, and system performance monitoring tools.
• Comfortable working with mission‑critical and sensitive systems, with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or engineering.
• Technical certifications (e.g., Network+, MCSE, Security+).

• Base salary range: $90,000 – $125,000 plus equity.
